Email notifications for Campus Service Requests

Who receives email notifications for a campus service request in Atlas?

  • Request creator
  • Requestor (if different from creator)
  • Anyone included as a CC on the request

What triggers an email notification?

  • New Request
  • Estimate Provided – Sent when Facilities provides an estimate for work. The email tells customer to approve/reject the request
  • When customer cancels a request
  • Facilities closes a request
  • Facilities requests more information from the customer. Email to customer contains link to notification where customer sees Facilities questions and can respond. Responses added to request.
