FileMaker Pro - Saved Finds
About the Saved Finds Feature
The Saved Finds feature, introduced in FileMaker Pro 10, lets you save a set of find requests to perform again later. Your most recent find requests are also saved for later use.
Keep in Mind:
- Saved finds are specific to the table they are searching. If you move to a layout that shows records from a different table, you will see only the saved finds that relate to the new table.
- Saved finds are specific to the user account in the database. If you have a multi-user database, each user will see only his or her saved finds.
