Q: Lincoln Laboratory Payee Not Found When Creating RFP

• I am trying to create an RFP in Atlas
• I am trying to reimburse a Lincoln Laboratory employee
• The employee's name is not found when searching for a payee

Lincoln Laboratory employees cannot be reimbursed through the Atlas RFP system. Lincoln has its own processes for reimbursing employees.
