Student Access to SAPweb Direct Deposit and Reimbursement Preferences Screen

Active students are encouraged to submit their direct deposit information, and to complete their reimbursement preferences information in Atlas. http://atlas.mit.edu/

Students will be able to access the Direct Deposit screen, regardless of an active employment position. If you encounter any difficulties, contact the IS&T Help Desk, at (617) 253-1101 or helpdesk@mit.edu.

Staff and most registered students, including students without an active employment position, will be able to access the reimbursement preferences screen. Some special students, such as International Visiting Students, will not have an SAP pernr, and therefore will not be able to access reimbursement preferences. Those students will be able to receive reimbursements by paper check. Contact the Registrar's Office, 253-4784, for clarification on a student's status.
