Dependent Child Life Insurance Plan

To enroll or change your dependent child life insurance coverage:

Select the coverage level and number of dependent children you would like to cover.

1. Select the Coverage level based on the number of eligible dependent children you will cover.
2. Select the eligible dependent children you wish to cover.
3. Click Save to save your changes
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.

To cancel your dependent child life insurance coverage:

1. Click in the box next to Cancel all Dependent Life Insurance Coverage.
2. Click Save to cancel your participation
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.

Result: You return to the "Enroll in Benefit Plans: Overview" page.
