This window provides a form for creating and maintaining inspection types. These represent the questionnaires that are used in the inspection system

Click this button to return to the inspection type list

Click this button to save changes to the finding type.

Unique ID of the inspection type

Name of the inspection type such 'Comprehensive' or 'Chemistry'

All active finding groups along with their finding types are displayed.

Group
A check box along with the finding group and finding group id is displayed. The check box must be selected for any of the finding types in the group to be part of the inspection type.

Group Sort
Menu to select the sort order of the finding group within the inspection type.
Finding groups are sorted by their sort order number and then by name.

Finding Types
List of finding types in the finding group
Finding Type
A check box along with the finding type and label is displayed.
Check the box to include the finding type on the questionnaire.

Sort Order
Menu to select the sort order of the finding type within the finding group.
Finding types are listed in the finding menu sorted by finding group sort, finding group name, finding type sort, and then finding type.
