Enroll in a Medical, Dental and-or Vision Plan

Important: Be sure a record exists for each eligible family member you plan to cover. If you need to create one, return to the "Create a Record for Family Members: Overview" page before enrolling in a plan.

To Enroll

1. Select the Coverage level.
2. Select the family members you are enrolling. The employee and employer contributions are automatically filled in.
   Tip: Use the green Select All button to select all family members at once.
3. Click Save to enroll
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel your entries.

To Cancel Your Participation

1. Click in the box next to Cancel all coverage (top of page).
2. Click Save to cancel your participation.
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.
   Result: You return to the "Change Benefit Elections: Overview" page.
