Enroll in the Dependent Child Life Insurance Plan

Select the coverage level and number of dependent children you would like to cover.

1. Select the Coverage level based on the number of eligible dependent children you will cover.
2. Select the eligible dependent children you wish to cover.
3. Click Save to save your changes
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.

You return to the "Enroll in Benefit Plans: Overview" page.
