Request for Reimbursement Details
This documentation refers to the Atlas Online Gateway.

Information for the course you selected on the "Tuition Assistance Reimbursement Overview" page is listed below. Look in the Status of Reimbursement section on the bottom of the page to see if your reimbursement check was issued.
Status of Reimbursement Fields
| Status of course | Shows whether HR has approved the course for reimbursement. |
|---|---|
| Processed by HR | Date that Human Resources forwarded your reimbursement request to Accounts Payable. |
| Processed by AP | Date that Accounts Payable processed your reimbursement request. |
| Check number | ID number of the check that was issued. |
| Issue date | Date the check was cut. If you don't receive your check within a few days, call Accounts Payable. |
Note: Courses reimbursed prior to April, 2003 may not display reimbursement information even though the check was already issued. Data for these courses was imported from an older system and does not include all details.
