Spouse or Domestic Partner Life Insurance Plan

To enroll or change your spouse/domestic partner life insurance coverage:

Select the amount of your spouse/domestic partner life insurance coverage.

1. Select the Coverage level for your spouse/domestic partner.
2. Click Save to save your changes
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.

To cancel your spouse/domestic partner life insurance coverage:

1. Click in the box next to Cancel all Spouse Life Insurance coverage.
2. Click Save to cancel your participation
   OR
   Click Cancel or Return to Overview to cancel what you've entered.

Result: You return to the "Change Benefit Elections: Overview" page.
