Are Polycom SoundPoint and Station 430, 500, 502, 600, 601, and 4000 phones supported?

As of Friday, August 20, 2021 the following Polycom phones are no longer supported by IS&T:

  • Polycom SoundPoint IP 430
  • Polycom SoundPoint IP 500/501
  • Polycom SoundPoint IP 600/601
  • Polycom SoundStation IP 4000

If you still have one of these phones, contact IS&T for a newer replacement model.
