Atlas Direct Deposit link gives error - "'Payment_prefs' not found"

To resolve this error:

• Clear the browser cache. Instructions are included below.
• Close all browser windows. On Macintosh, quit the web browser.
• Relaunch the web browser and try again to access the Direct Deposit link.
