Facilities Work Order - How Soon Will It Show Up in a Search?

I've created a Facilities work order, via the Atlas Campus Requests system. How soon will I be able to retrieve it in the search results?

Will I also receive an email confirmation when the work order is created?

Answers

Use the "View Work Orders" link to search for the work order. Your web certificate allows you to view all of the work orders you create as soon as they are submitted. To search work orders entered by your colleagues, you must know the work order number and the building number.

In addition, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after creating the work order. The email will contain the work order number, and a link to view the work order in Atlas.
