Choose a Primary Care Provider (Physician) - Overview

Important: Be sure to select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for each person enrolled in a medical plan.

1. Select the type of family member for whom you are choosing a PCP.
2. Click the person's name (below) or the Change button to access their PCP record.
3. When a PCP has been selected for all family members, click Continue to proceed to the "Enrollment: Next Steps" page.
